Teasel (Dispacus Fullonum)

A very tall, biennial with hairless, spiny stems. This plant can grown up to 2m in height. In year 1, the leaves form a basal rosette but this withers away in the second spring. It flowers from July to August and is suited to rough grasslands, roadsides and embankments.
