Fenugreek

High protein annual legume. Fixes Nitrogen when the correct bacteria in present. A good weed suppressant. A good forage crop and green manure. Shows a high level of tolerance to frost. Sow between April and May or when the temperature of soil exceeds 10 degrees Celsius.
